  • Booking and payment details are outlined in our service agreements. A non-refundable retainer fee may be required to secure our services for a specific date.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • Clients must notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling as soon as possible. The retainer fee may be forfeited for cancellations within a certain timeframe.

5. Intellectual Property:

  • Tami Renae Photo & Films retains the copyright and ownership of all photographs and films created during sessions. Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the media for personal purposes.

6. Client Cooperation:

  • Clients are responsible for providing necessary information, cooperation, and assistance to ensure the success of photography and filmmaking sessions.

7. Privacy:

  • We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Limitation of Liability:

  • Tami Renae Photo & Films is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with our services.

9. Force Majeure:

  • We shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance resulting from acts beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or government actions.

10. Governing Law:

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Missoula County District Court. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Missoula County District Court.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
